Digestive System

The digestive system will be an independent study unit for content, and a lab dissection for the application.  You will be responsible for reading chapter 34 in Mader to understand the Evolution of the digestive system and the human S/F.  A take home assessment will be given on Thursday 2/7 and due at the beginning of class on 2/10.

Digestive System Lab Practical--Friday 2/14--This practical will include models and cats, you will have be responsible for identifying the structure as well as providing the function.  We will begin the digestive system dissection on Wednesday 2/5 and have opportunities to review the cat on Tues/Wed/Thu of the following week.  Page 35 in your cat dissection manual and Biozone pages 122-127 will be very helpful in preparing for your practical.
